            भारत सरकार सामाजिक न्याय और अधिकारिता मंत्रालय तथा मध्य प्रदेश शासन सामाजिक न्याय एवं निशक्तजन कल्याण विभाग के निर्देशानुसार सामाजिक न्याय एवं निशक्तजन कल्याण विभाग जिला नीमच के अंतर्गत जिला दिव्यांग पुनर्वास केंद्रीय हेतु संविदा पर 01 वर्ष हेतु नियुक्ति के लिए निम्नलिखित पदों की पूर्ति हेतु पात्र आवेदकों से एमपी ऑनलाइन लिमिटेड के माध्यम से आवेदन पत्र आमंत्रित किए जाते हैं अतिरिक्त जानकारी आवश्यक योग्यता एवं नीमच जिले की एन.आई.सी. द्वारा वेबसाइट www.Neemuch.nic.in अथवा कार्यालय उपसंचालक सामाजिक न्याय एवं निशक्तजन कल्याण विभाग जिला नीमच तथा कार्यालय कलेक्टर जिला नीमच के नोटिस बोर्ड पर भी अवलोकन किया जा सकता है

नियुक्ति संबंधी शर्तें :- 

 

1.    टेक्निकल विषय विशेषज्ञ भारतीय पुनर्वास परिषद (आरसीआई) से जीवित पंजीकृत होना अनिवार्य होगा I प्रमाण पत्र प्रस्तुत करना अनिवार्य है I

2.     उम्मीदवार को ऑनलाइन आवेदन पत्र के अनुसार अपनी पूर्ण जानकारी एवं समस्त मूल दस्तावेज इस अपलोड करना अनिवार्य होगा जो पाठ हो I आवेदन निरस्त कर दिया जाएगा I  जिसका जिम्मेदार आवेदक होगा I योग्यता वाले आवेदन पत्र एवं शर्तें पूर्ण ना होने की स्थिति में आवेदन स्वयं ही निरस्त माना जाएगा I विशेष योग्यता वाले पदों में मान्यता प्राप्त संस्था के प्रमाण पत्र /पत्रउपाधि अनिवार्य होगीI

3.    शैक्षणिक योग्यता एवं अन्य अदाएं संबंधी प्रमाण पत्रों में किसी प्रकार की विसंगति पाए जाने पर सेवाएं समाप्त कर दी जाएगी I

4.     ऑनलाइन प्राप्त आवेदनों की जांच के पश्चात पात्र / अपात्र उम्मीदवारों की सूची कार्यालय जिला नीमच की वेबसाइट पर प्रदर्शित की जाएगी जो पात्र नहीं होगा उन्हें प्रथक से कोई सूचना नहीं दी जावेगीI

5.    एमपी ऑनलाइन पर आवेदन पत्र भरने का सेवा शुल्क रु 170/- - GST रहेगा I

6.     संविदा पर नियुक्त विशेषज्ञ कर्मचारी को शासन द्वारा निर्धारित मानदेय दिया जावेगा I

7.    यह नियुक्ति के लिए है किसी भी एक पक्ष द्वारा एक माह के नोटिस एवं 1 माह का वेतन मानदेय पर किसी भी समय संविदा नियुक्ति समाप्त की जा सकती है 1 वर्ष पश्चात सेवाएं संतोषप्रद पाए जाने पर समिति सेवा में वृद्धि कर सकेगी I

8.    उम्मीदवार को मुख्यालय पर ही रहना होगा I चयनित उम्मीदवार को समिति द्वारा निष्पादित अनुबंध संविदा नियमों का पालन करना होगा तथा वरिष्ठ अधिकारियों के आदेश का पालन करना होगा I पूर्णत: शासन पक्ष के विरुद्ध न्यायालय में कोई प्रकरण प्रस्तुत करने पर स्थिति सूर्य मानी जावेगी 0 मानी जाएगी I

9.    नियुक्ति की प्रक्रिया - चयन समिति द्वारा मेरिट एवं साक्षात्कार के आधार पर की जावेगी I

10.   नियुक्ति आदेश जारी होने के 15 दिवस के भीतर कार्यभार ग्रहण करना अनिवार्य होगा अन्यथा जारी आदेश स्वयमेव निरस्त माना जाकर प्रतीक्षा सूची में वारिता अनुसार पात्र आवेदक को नियुक्ति प्रदान की जाएगी I

11.  उक्त समस्त पद एकांकी पद होने से आरक्षण प्रावधानों से मुक्त रहेंगे I

नोट - आवेदक की अधिकतम आयु दिनांक 01 जनवरी 2021 को उपरोक्तनुसार होना चाहिए I सभी पदों के लिए अभ्यर्थियों के निवास राज्य के रोजगार कार्यालय में जीवित पंजीयन होना अनिवार्य होगा I

 उक्त कार्यवाही में किसी भी प्रकार की कोई समस्या /  विवाद उत्पन्न होने की स्थिति में जिला कलेक्टर एवं अध्यक्ष जिला प्रबंधन समिति (डी.एम.टी.) जिला नीमच द्वारा लिया गया निर्णय अंतिम तथा सर्वमान्य होगा I

According to the instructions of the Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment, Government of India, Social Justice and Disabled Welfare Department, Social Justice and Disabled Welfare Department, under District Neemuch District Disabled Rehabilitation Central, from eligible applicants for the appointment of the following posts on contract for 01 year. Applications are invited through MP Online Limited Additional Information Required Qualification and NIC of Neemuch District. The details of the sanctioned vacant posts for District Disabled Rehabilitation Center Neemuch, essential qualification qualification and prescribed honorarium are as follows:-

Conditions of appointment :-

 

1. It will be mandatory for the technical subject specialist to be registered alive with the Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI). It is mandatory to submit the certificate.

2. According to the online application form, it will be mandatory for the candidate to upload his complete information and all the original documents, which is the text. The application will be canceled. The applicant will be responsible for which the application form and the conditions are not fulfilled. The same will be considered canceled. In the posts with special qualification, the certificate / letter degree of the recognized institution will be mandatory.

3. Services will be terminated if any discrepancy is found in the certificates related to educational qualification and other payments.

4. After scrutiny of the applications received online, the list of eligible / ineligible candidates will be displayed on the website of the office of District Neemuch, those who will not be eligible, no separate information will be given to them.

5. The service fee for filling the application form on MP Online will be Rs. 170/- - GST.

6. Honorarium fixed by the government will be given to the specialist employee appointed on contract.

7. This is for appointment, the contract appointment can be terminated at any time by either party on one month's notice and one month's pay honorarium, after 1 year the services are found satisfactory.

8. The candidate will have to stay at the headquarters. The selected candidate will have to follow the contractual rules executed by the committee and the orders of the senior officers will have to be followed. The situation will be considered complete if any case is presented in the court against the government side. 0 will be considered

9. Process of appointment - Selection will be done on the basis of merit and interview by the committee.

10. It will be mandatory to take charge within 15 days of the issuance of the appointment order, otherwise the order issued will be considered as canceled automatically and appointment will be given to the eligible applicant according to the merit in the waiting list.

11. All the above posts being single posts will be free from reservation provisions.

12. According to the prescribed provision of Madhya Pradesh Government General Administration Department, Bhopal letter no. /3-6/2016/1/3 dated 04.07.2019, the maximum age limit is as follows :-

Note - The maximum age of the applicant should be as above on January 01, 2021. For all the posts, it will be mandatory for the candidates to have a live registration in the employment office of the state's residence.

 In the event of any problem/dispute arising in the above proceedings, the decision taken by the District Collector and Chairman, District Management Committee (DMT), District Neemuch will be final and binding.

 MP. Online Limited, the last date to apply online is 08.08.2021, time is fixed till 5:00 PM, the applications received after the stipulated date and time will not be considered. Apart from the above arrangement, the application will not be received directly in the office.
