            मध्यप्रदेश शासन चिकित्सा शिक्षा विभाग , मध्यप्रदेश भोपाल के पत्र क्रमांक एप् 2-20/2020/1/55,  भोपाल दिनांक 17.11.2020 एवं संचालक चिकित्सा शिक्षा मध्यप्रदेश भोपाल के पृष्ठांकन क्रमांक 1554-63/  भोपाल दिनांक 19.11.2020 के परिपालन में गजराराजा चिकित्सा महाविद्यालय ग्वालियर, संबंध जयारोग्य चिकित्सालय समूह एवं सुपर स्पेशलिटी हॉस्पिटल, ग्वालियर में स्टाफ नर्सों के रिक्त पदों की पूर्ति सीधी भर्ती के माध्यम से किए जाने हेतु प्रदेश की शासकीय / अशासकीय / मान्यता प्राप्त महाविद्यालय / स्कूल एवं अन्य संस्थाओं से बी.एस.सी. नर्सिंग / जी.एन.एम. उत्तीर्ण उम्मीदवारों से एम.पी. ऑनलाइन के माध्यम से निर्धारित शर्तों के अधीन ऑनलाइन आवेदन पत्र आमंत्रित किए जाते हैं :-

(ब) गजराराजा चिकित्सा महाविद्यालय ग्वालियर एवं संवर्धन जयारोग्य चिकित्सालय समूह ग्वालियर में स्टाफ नर्स के स्वीकृत पदों पर नवीन राज्य स्तरीय आरक्षण मॉडल रोस्टर लगाने के उपरांत पूर्व में कार्य कार्यरत स्टाफ नर्सों का आयोजन उपरांत श्रेणी अनुसार रिक्त पदों का वर्गीकरण :-

रिक्त पदों की संख्या घटाई अथवा बढ़ाई जा सकती है I

 

 भूतपूर्व सैनिक एवं I’D दिव्यांग के रूप में दर्शाया गया है उपरोक्त स्टाफ नर्सों के पदों पर प्राथमिकता दर्ज कराया जाना अनिवार्य है अर्थात आवेदक एवं अथवा दोनों में आवेदन हेतु स्वतंत्र होगा I मिकिता के आधार पर मेरिट सूची तैयार की जावेगी I

 

 वेतनमान एवं अन्य भत्ते :-

 

1.  मध्यप्रदेश सामान्य प्रशासन विभाग के परिपत्र क्रमांक 3-13/2019/3/ भोपाल दिनांक 12 दिसंबर 2019 के परिपालन में परिवीक्षा अवधि में वेतनमान की न्यूनतम का प्रथम वर्ष 70 प्रतिशत द्वितीय वर्ष में 80 प्रतिशत एवं तृतीय वर्ष में 90 प्रतिशत राशि , स्टाइपेंड के रूप में दे होगी I परिवीक्षा अवधि सफलतापूर्वक पूर्ण करने पर वेतनमान में वेतन दीया जाना प्रारंभ किया जाएगा I

 

03. आरक्षण 

1. पदों पर आरक्षण राज्य शासन के द्वारा समय-समय पर जारी आदेशों के अनुसार होगा I
2.  अनुसूचित जाति अनुसूचित जनजाति अन्य पिछड़ा वर्ग (केवल गैर क्रीमीलेयर) तथा आर्थिक रूप से कमजोर के लिए आरक्षण प्रावधान निम्नानुसार लागू होंगे I
3.  आरक्षण का लाभ मध्यप्रदेश के मूल निवासी को ही दिया जावेगा आरक्षण श्रेणी के उम्मीदवारों को तक बंद का प्रमाण पत्र निर्धारित प्रारूप में सक्षम अधिकारी द्वारा प्रदत्त की सत्यापित छाया प्रति संलग्न करना अनिवार्य है I
4.  मध्यप्रदेश शासन सामान्य प्रशासन विभाग आरक्षक प्रकोष्ठ क्रमांक -8/4/2001/ भोपाल दिनांक 3 जुलाई 2018 के अनुसार दिव्यांगजन अधिकार अधिनियम 2016 एवं नियम 2017 के तहत शारीरिक रूप से दिव्यांगों के लिए द्वितीय , तृतीय एवं चतुर्थ श्रेणी के पदों में 6% आरक्षण का प्रावधान होने के कारण जारी विज्ञापन में दिव्यांग हेतु 6% पर आरक्षित रखे गए हैं I 
5. मध्यप्रदेश सामान्य प्रशासन विभाग के ज्ञात क्रमांक 7-22/2019/ एक, भोपाल दिनांक 30 मई 2019 द्वारा विशेष पिछड़ी जनजाति (सहरिया, बैगा एवं भारिया) के लिए किए गए विशेष प्रावधान की पालन में यदि आवेदक जिला शिवपुर, मुरैना, दतिया, ग्वालियर, शिवपुरी, गुना तथा अशोकनगर की सहारिया /  सहरिया आदिम जनजाति, जिला मंडला, डिंडोरी, शहडोल, उमरिया, बालाघाट तथा अनूपपुर की बैगा जनजाति तथा जिला छिंदवाड़ा तथा शिवनी की भारिया जनजाति के न्यूनतम अर्हता धारी आवेदकों को भर्ती से संबंधित प्रक्रिया का अनुसरण किए बिना नियुक्ति प्रदान की जावेगी (आवेदन का प्रारूप संलग्न है तथा उक्त उम्मीदवार सीधे संस्था को आवेदन पत्र पर अपना आवेदन प्रस्तुत करेंI) 

 

04. आवेदन शुल्क

 

 अनारक्षित श्रेणी हेतु 12 00/- (12 सो रुपए) अनारक्षित श्रेणी (अनुसूचित जाति अनुसूचित जनजाति अन्य पिछड़ा वर्ग एवं आर्थिक रूप से कमजोर) एवं निशक्तजन उम्मीदवारों के लिए ₹1000/-  निर्धारित किए जाते हैं I

 

05. आयु सीमा :-

 

 अधिकतम आयु मध्यप्रदेश शासन के नियमानुसार होगी I अनारक्षित आरक्षित वर्ग के आवेदकों को आयु सीमा में छूट मध्य प्रदेश शासन के नियमानुसार होगी I समस्त पदों के लिए न्यूनतम आयु सीमा 18 वर्ष ताकि अधिकतम आयु सीमा 40 वर्ष होगी अनुसूचित जाति अनुसूचित जनजाति अन्य पिछड़ा वर्ग सूची में कार्यरत शासकीय सेवकों तथा महिला अभ्यर्थियों के लिए आयु सीमा 45 वर्ष होगी I अधिकतम आयु सीमा के संबंध में सामान्य प्रशासन विभाग द्वारा समय-समय पर जारी संशोधन लागू समझे जाएंगे I 

 

06. सामान्य शर्तों :-

 

01.  यह नियुक्ति मध्य प्रदेश चिकित्सा महाविद्यालय चिकित्सकीय सेवा अधिनियम 2018 के अधीन होगी I

App 2-20/2020/1/55, Bhopal dated 17.11.2020 and Director Medical Education Madhya Pradesh Bhopal's endorsement number 1554-63/ Bhopal dated 19.11.2020 In order to fill the vacant posts of staff nurses in College Gwalior, Relation Jayarogya Chikitsalaya Group and Super Specialty Hospital, Gwalior, through direct recruitment, B.Sc. from government / non-government / recognized colleges / schools and other institutions of the state. Nursing / G.N.M. M.P. from qualified candidates Online applications are invited through online subject to the prescribed conditions:-

The number of vacancies can be increased or decreased.

 

 Ex-servicemen and I'D are shown as disabled, it is mandatory to register priority on the posts of above staff nurses, that is, the applicant will be free to apply in both. Merit list will be prepared on the basis of merit.

 

 Pay Scale & Other Allowances :-

 

1. In compliance of Madhya Pradesh General Administration Department's circular number 3-13/2019/3/Bhopal dated December 12, 2019, 70 percent of the minimum of the pay scale in the first year, 80 percent in the second year and 90 percent in the third year, stipend. On successful completion of the probation period, the pay will be started in the scale of pay.

 

03. Reservation

 

 

1. Reservation on posts will be as per the orders issued by the State Government from time to time.

2. The reservation provisions for Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, Other Backward Classes (Non Creamy Layer only) and Economically Weaker will be applicable as follows.

3. The benefit of reservation will be given only to the natives of Madhya Pradesh. It is mandatory for the candidates of reservation category to enclose the attested photocopy of the certificate of closure provided by the competent authority in the prescribed format.

4. According to Madhya Pradesh Government General Administration Department constable cell number -8/4/2001/Bhopal dated July 3, 2018, under the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act 2016 and Rules 2017, 6% in the second, third and fourth class posts for physically handicapped Due to the provision of reservation, in the issued advertisement, 6% have been reserved for Divyang.

5. In compliance with the special provision made for the special backward tribes (Saharia, Baiga and Bharia) by the Madhya Pradesh General Administration Department's known number 7-22/2019/A, Bhopal dated 30 May 2019, if the applicant is in the district Shivpur, Morena, Datia , Gwalior, Shivpuri, Guna and Ashoknagar's Saharia / Sahariya primitive tribes, District Mandla, Dindori, Shahdol, Umaria, Balaghat and Baiga tribes of Anuppur and District Chhindwara and Shivni's Bharia tribes to follow the procedure related to recruitment to the minimum qualification applicants (The application form is attached and the above candidates should submit their application directly to the institution on the application form)

 

04. Application Fee

 

 12 00 / - (12 rupees) for the unreserved category, ₹ 1000 / - for the unreserved category (Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribe, Other Backward Class and Economically Weaker) and disabled candidates is fixed.

 

05. Age Limit :-

 

 The maximum age will be as per the rules of the Government of Madhya Pradesh. Relaxation in the age limit for the unreserved reserved category applicants will be as per the rules of the Madhya Pradesh government. The minimum age limit for all the posts is 18 years so that the maximum age
