VACANCY NOTICE

  REQUIREMENT OF JUNIOR ENGIEER/CIVIL ON CONTRACT BASIS

National Capital Region Transporation (NCRTC) – a  joint Venture Company of Govt. of  India and States of Delhi ,  Haryana ,  Rajasthan and  U. P. under the administrative  control  of Ministry of Housing  &  Urban    Affairs , is mandated  for  implementing  the Regional Rapid  Transit System (RRTS)  in National Capital   Region (NCR),  ensuring  a balanced and  sustainable urban  development through better  connecyivity and    access. The RRTS  will  be   a new,   dedicated,  high  speed,  high  capacity,  comfortable  commuter service connecting regional nodes  in   NCR.  Lt  will  provide  reliable,  high frequency, point safe  regional  travel at  high  speed for   relatively   longer  distance   with   fewer  stos.

            The   technology  chsen  would  allow  covering  distances    of 100  km.  in  an  hour  with  scheduled  stoppages.  The   system  would   also ensure   the  conveniences   of quality  last   mile connectivity,   addressing  the Phase -1   are     Delhi   -  Ghaziabad-  Meerut ,  Delhi –Gurugram -  SNB  Alwar    and    Delhi   -   Panipat  .    Once  operational,   RRTS  will   be  the  fastest,  the most  comfortable  aand the   safest     mode of travel in  the NCR.

            NCRTC  invites  applications  for  the   posts  of  the  posts   of  lunior  Engineer- (Civil)   on   contract  basis.   The  besis.  The  detail of   the post is given  b elow:-

It is  held   that  Aligarsity  was  established  by an  Act  of  parament not  by any  Muslim.  (Aziz Basha Vs.  Union  of India  A.  I.R .   1968 S.C.  622)    & ( Naresh  A   Agrawa  Vs.  Bhart  2006) 

Though   the  governments   and universite  cannot  regulate  the  admission  and  ap- pointment  policies  of  an  unaided   minority   educational  institution  yet they can specify  academic  qualifications  for  students   and  teachers  and make  rulrs  and regulation  fo maintaining   academic  standards.  (T.M.A. Foundation  Vs.  State  of Kanataka   A.I. R. 2003 S.C. 355)

Privat  educational   institution  is  not  immune  from  judicial sueveillance  of the  Su-  preme   court   or  High  court,  private  institution  which  is  receiving  aid   from  the  state  cannot  discriminate  on  grounds   of  religion .  (Ravneet  kaur  Vs.  Christian  Medical  Col – lege   A.I. R.  1998 P & H l  (F.B.)

 

30.    Right  of  minorities    to  establitish   and  administer    educational  institu-tion 

(1)   All   minorities,  whether  based   on  religion  or  language,  shall  have  the right  to establish  and  administer    educational   institutions  of their   choice.

(IA)  In   making   any  law   providing   for  the  compulsory   acquisition   of  any property  of   an educational instiution   established   and   adnministered  by a minority ,  referred  under such law    for  the  acquisition   of  such property    is  amount   fixed  by  or  abrogatr  the  right guaranteed  gnder that clause [2]the state shal not in granting aid to educational institution discriminate against any educational institution  on the  ground that it is under the management of a minority whether based on religion or language .[compulsory acquisition of property .]rep .by the constitution forty fourth amendment act notwithstanding anything contained in article no law providing for ins by the constitution forty fourth amendment act 1978.
