Qualification	Essential: First class bachelor’s degree in civil / electrical Engineering from a recognized university / institute . Desirable : (i) Master’s degree in construction management/ structural Engineering/ civil Engineering / Electrical Engineering / Environmental Engineering or equivalent . (ii) Knowledge of computer – aided design (CAD) and latest management technology / other relevant software.
Experience	Essential: 15 years’ experience in coordination $ supervision of construction and maintenance of civil work including public health . the incumbent, tending, planning, work accounts procedures, bye-laws of local bodies, understanding of electrical, AC,tele phone , computer , networking etc. At least 8 year’s experience in the capacity of Engineering in pay level –II or central public works department (CPWDY) state govt. / PDUs /govt. undertaking / defence services/ border road organization / NHAI etc. the duties , responsibilities and powers of the incumbent will be the same as those of the superintending Engineering in the CPWD.

OR 2)nine years of experience as assistant professor in the academic pay level -10 or above, with experience in educational s charge or assistant dean of faculty affairs/ academic affairs or controller of Examination etc, in govt. higher education and research establishments. OR 3)comparable experience in a govt. research establishment and / or other institutions of higher educations in pay level-10 or above for 9 years, in the relevant areas.
