authorities as shown in the annexure ‘I’ against of each post, from eligbbble

following post of Gramin dak sevaks.

JOB
PROFILE;-
[1] BRANCH POSTMASTER [BPM]
The job
profile of Branch posts payments
bankippb and ensuring uninterrupted counter opea tion during the posts paymwnts
bank panchyat bank servis and procurement of of business in the villages orgram
panchayat within the jurisdiction of the
branch post office should rest on the shoulders of branch postmasters
Howeve, the work performed for ippb will not be incuded in caiculation of TRC,
since the sameis being done onicetive basis. Branch postmaster will be the team
leader of the gds post office and overall responsibility of smooth and timely
functioning of post office including mail connnnnveyance and mail delivery.
He/she might be assisted by Assitant branch post master of the same GDS post
office BPM will be required to do combind duties of abpms as or in some of the
branch post office, the BPM has to of
the work of BPM/ABPM.

ASSISTANT BRANCH POSTMASTER [ABPM]
The job profile of assistant branch post master of
willinchdu all function of sale of stamps/stationery, conveyance and delivery
of mail at doorstep dev;,ktjgrtweill will also be requite to do marketing,
organizing memal the work performed under ippb, assisting will not also be
required to do marketing, organing melas, business procurement and any other work
assigned by the branch postmaster or ABPMS will also be required to do combined
duty of BPMS as and when ordered.

DAK SEVAK
The job profile of Dak seeevakks will includeall
functions of viz sale of stamps and staion conveyance and delivery of mail and
any other duties assigned by postmaster /sub postmaster incluing ippb will not
be included in calculation of TRCE ;since the the same is being done on
incantive basis he may also have to assist post masters /sub postmaster in
managing te the smooth functioning of Depasters in managing the bag, trense
port place to other manually and other works allotted by the AMS authorities.
2. Time
Relete Continuity Allowance [TRCA]
3. The
fllowing minimum TRCA shall be payable to the categories of GDS as mentioned in
Directorate Order no. 17-31/2016 – GDS dated 25.06. 2018.
